Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, any items that have been worn, used, or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. Garments including, but not limited to, leggings, shorts, tops, bodysuits, and dresses are considered hygiene-sensitive items and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once worn or used.
AYO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
